Notice to our customers: These policies only apply to Joyoung and Mr. Helper products
purchased directly through BigCrazyStore.com. If you purchased a product from one of our affiliates,
please contact them for warranty information.
Warranty
All of our soy milk makers come with a full one year parts and service warranty against manufacturer defects! If you have any problems with your soy milk maker during this time, please send us a service request at bigcrazystore@hotmail.com, and we will get back to you as soon as we can! In this email, please provide the following information:
 
  • Your name, address, and phone number
  • The name, address, and phone number of the purchaser (if it was not you)
  • The date of purchase
  • Your order number (if available)
  • The model number of your machine (CTS-1032, CTS-1038, etc.)
  • A description of the problem, including any error codes being displayed
 
If the problem you have having with your machine turns out to be caused by a manufacturer's defect, then we will cover all costs of repair, including parts, labor, and shipping costs!
Return Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your product, you may return it for a full refund of the product cost within 30 days of purchase (the shipping costs for your machine cannot be refunded). Please send us a return request at bigcrazystore@hotmail.com within 30 days with the following information:
 
  • Your name, address, and phone number
  • Date purchased
  • Order number (if available)
  • Model number of your machine (CTS-1032, CTS-1038, etc.)
  • The reason for your return
